3. Patron List Inclusion

To express our appreciation, we will list supporters as friends, allies, and companions in this journey.

3.1 Listing Method

Supporters will be listed in the Hall of Patrons, a dedicated space to honor their contributions.

3.2 Information Displayed

ID, Name (or Nickname), Organization (if applicable), Date, Contribution Amount.

3.3 About Contribution Amounts

Regardless of whether it is a one-time donation or a subscription, the cumulative contribution amount will be displayed for each ID.

3.4 Date Display Format

Only the most recent contribution date will be shown.

3.5 Anonymous Contributions

Supporters who wish to remain anonymous will be listed as anonymous.

3.6 Inappropriate or Offensive Names

If a name is deemed inappropriate or offensive, we reserve the right to replace it with anonymous.

3.7 Official Brand or Organization Names

If a name is confirmed to be an official brand or organization, it can be marked accordingly with a verification symbol.
To obtain verification, supporters must submit one of the following:

•A public statement on their official website or social media confirming support for LOFI.
•Verification via an official business email address (e.g., @company.com).
•Submission of a publicly accessible business registration document (varies by country).

Individual sole proprietors are eligible for verification if they can provide a business email or public statement.
LOFI does not require tax or sensitive financial documents for verification.

3.8 No Advertisements in the Patron List

No regular advertisements will be displayed in the supporter list. This section is reserved as a pure record of intent and contribution.

4. Use of Contributions

All funds will be used to further improve the quality and precision of LOFI’s archival work and to continue producing unique perspectives and content.
